Dr. Riyaz and his team were absolutely wonderful. From the very first phone call, the whole team were polite, helpful, and understanding. Dorne was especially kind and, after hearing the urgency, arranged an appointment for my daughter for the very next day. Dr. Riyaz was so kind, gentle, and patient with my daughter, especially when she was nervous and reluctant to go ahead with the procedure at first. His calm approach, understanding, and care meant so much to us as a family.
